Beetroot Salad

1 jar Machland Beetroot
250 g white cabbage
1 apple
1 small pot of plain yoghurt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 boiled egg
Salt, pepper, chives
Thinly slice the cabbage into strips, add the strained Machland Beetroot, coarsely grated apple (possible with the skin), yoghurt, mustard and mayonnaise and mix it all together. Season with salt, pepper and garnish with the sliced boiled egg and sprinkle with chives.
