Bean spread with horseradish

Ingredients:
200 g Machland large beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Machland apple puree
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
a few drops of lemon juice, salt
sesame seeds, a sprig of parsley, or fresh vegetables for garnish

Procedure:
Drain the beans, put them in a blender and add olive oil, apple puree, horseradish, lemon juice, salt. Blend everything until smooth. Spread on toasted bread and garnish with seeds and fresh vegetables (in this case, thinly sliced cucumber) and herbs, according to taste and mood.
