Cabbage soup

Ingredients:
160 g Machland sauerkraut (bag / jar)
2 pcs potatoes
1-2 pcs sausage (depending on size)
1 l water
2-3 pcs bay leaves
1 pcs onion
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 tbsp plain flour
ground paprika, ground cumin, pepper, allspice
salt

Procedure:
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil in a large pan. Add the flour and spices (paprika, cumin, pepper, allspice) and fry lightly (to enhance the taste and aroma of the spices). Pour in the water, add the bay leaf, salt, sauerkraut and potatoes and cook until soft. Halfway through, add the sliced sausage. Serve. Tip: to soften the taste, you can add a teaspoon of sour cream to the plate.
