Haná salad

Ingredients:
1 bag of Machland red cabbage 500 g (or 720 ml jar)
1 large onion
2-3 Machland gherkins
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp white yoghurt ( you can vary the amount of yoghurt and mayonnaise)

For seasoning:
salt, sugar, freshly ground pepper, or a few drops of vinegar ... all to taste

Procedure:
Drain the cabbage in a colander, then strain and place in a larger bowl to mix well. Chop the onion and cucumber finely and add. Next add mayonnaise, yogurt (you can change the ratio if you want a healthier option), a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, pepper - mix everything thoroughly. To combine the flavours, leave in the fridge. Serve with fresh bread, perhaps toast. Enjoy!
